Patient  also  wants  to replace  few  missing  posterior teeth  in his  lower  arch  owing  to difficulty  in  chewing  well .

The  old   crowns in  the  lower  front  teeth  region  were  removed  .  The natural  tooth  was  prepared to receive  new  ceramic crowns  .   Immediate  loading  single piece BCS  implant  was  placed  to  replace  the  missing  teeth 

Similarly  ,  single  piece  immediate  loading   KOS  implant  was  placed  in the  right  lower  molar  region 

KOS  implant  placed  in  the  left  lower  molar  region  

Permanent  zirconium  crowns  were placed  in  the  lower  front  teeth  region  in 4  days 

Zirconium  crown  placed  in  the  right  lower  molar  region 

Zirconium  crown  placement  done  in  the   left  lower  molar  region
