immediate extraction implant placement

Patient  complains of  inability to chew food due to badly broken down teeth on   his left side .
He seeks immediate solution to replace  the same .

we advised removal of the grossly decayed upper back teeth & to go for  replacement with immediate loading bicortical implants 

Single piece BCS implants were placed immediately after removal of the decayed upper teeth . 3 implants were placed to replace the molar teeth on the back side . 

provisional acrylic crowns were placed the next day after implant procedure and will remain in place till the healing period .
