Dental implant screw fracture and its treatment for a lower molar

Patient  came with the complaint of dislodged crown along with his implant and wanted to have it fixed back again immediately .

OPG of the patient revealed  a 2 piece implant which failed due to screw fracture  

we advised to retain the old  implant in place and not to attempt to retrieve it  unnecessarily . we placed 2 KOS  implants in the available space . 

         Permanent &  esthetic zirconium crown was placed on the 4th day following implant procedure .
