TILTED MAXILLARY IMPLANTS FOR FULL MOUTH REHABILITATION FOR A PATIENT FROM SRILANKA



Tilted basal implants is new technique in the practice of BASAL IMPLANTS.
Two implants placed in upper MAXILLA are tilted/angulated ..so as to AVOID MAXILLARY SINUS and to GET ANCHORAGE FROM THE CANINE EMINENCE..which has good quality bone.
This technique also allows better force distribution..

The straight and tilted basal implants are placed on the first day in a simple surgical procedure under local anesthesia.
No need for general anesthesia..
