Bone thickness in maxillary molar area aroudn 5 to 6 mm will need sinus lift and bone augmentation procedures.BUT with the use of BASAL IMPLANTS...SINUS LIFT CAN BE AVOIDED..by using mini basal dental implants.
For this patient TWO MAXILLARY MOLARS need replacement.
