Missing teeth problems and solutions

Patient  came with the complaint of inefficieny in chewing food due to multiple missing teeth and  failure to replace them for a long period . we can observe the upper back tooth moving down into missing teeth area . 

We advised  immediate  replacement  by  immediate  loading with  bicortical  implants  done by flapless approach  .  Implants were placed in both upper and lower jaw within 15 minutes .

acrylic provisional crowns  were  given 3  days
