This Patient reported to our clinic with the chief complaint of lower front teeth which was placed in a crowded manner and as a result of which he was unable to brush his teeth properly .
subsequently his malaligned front tooth weakened due to plaque accumulation and started shaking . we advised removal of the weakened tooth and immediate replacement with BCS implants .
