This patient came with the complaint of generalized shaking of his teeth , bad odour and swollen gums .
Most of the back teeth were missing and multiple root stumps were present
Inflammed lower gums are seen
Infected teeth were removed & immediate loading dental implants placed
sutures placed to enable faster healing of inflammed gums & the area around the infected teeth
