Patient came with the complaint of missing lower 1st left molar teeth and pain in his previously restored 2nd molar teeth . As a result , patient has been experiencing considerable difficulty in eating on the left side and had been restricting chewing to the right side .

Rootcanal Treatment done in 2nd molar teeth in the same visit
Permanent PFM crown placed in to replace both the molars were given in 3 days
