Dental implants in deficient maxilla

Pre operative X-ray of a patient with deficient maxilla in upper left and right region..She needed molar teeth for proper chewing.
The bone below the sinus in maxillary molar was very less..However short basal implants are ideal of this situation. The implants get support form the sinus cortical floor ,which is a added advantage.
This basal implants can be placed by FLAPLESS method..which helps in better healing and comfort to the patient.
Lowe molars are also replaced by Compressive single piece implants
