A 45 years old male patient came with complaints of mobile teeth ,food lodgement and malodour in the bridge for the past few years.He was advised bone grafts for implantation by many dentist.We planned full mouth extraction and immediate implant placement for upper and lower jaw with Basal implants without bone grafts.
