Extreme periodontal bone loss management with full jaw dental implants

Untreated gum disease or so called PERIODONTAL DISEASE is one of the common reason for JAW BONE RESORPTION.
Delaying treatment will lead to CONTINUED BONE LOSS around the teeth.
This complicated the dental implant treatment,Because the dental implant treatment needs good amount of bone in jaws.
In olden days, this kind of  Periodontal disease jaws are not suitable for dental implants..and risk of failure is more. But now with the developments in dental implantology,
deficient bone situation are SUCCESFULLY treated with BASAL IMPLANTS WITHOUT ANY BONE GRAFTING PROCEDURES.
This lady came with LOOSE TEETH all around the mouth and SEVERE ABSCESS around the teeth because of gum disease..
This patient was refused for dental implants and fixed teeth in many centeres..However fixed teeth CAN be given successfully with SWISS PRECISION basal dental implants.

Treatment plan
1.Extraction of all infected loose teeth under local anesthesia
2.Placement of basal implants on the same visit of extraction
3.Fixing of teeth bridge on 3 rd day
4.Patient can start regular function of eating and speaking and smiling on the 3 rd day itself..
