One piece dental implant system-PRE AND POST IMPLANT PLACEMENT DENTAL XRAY

When the lower missing molar was not replaced for many years..the adjacent molar drifts and reduces the available space for new tooth.
In this situation a premolar sized crown only can be given.
For this patient, the available space was 10 mm..so only one implant is enough to replace the FIRST MOLAR
Single piece compressive basal implant was placed under local anesthesia and zirconium crown fixed on the third day
