Patient complains of missing lower front teeth and right side lower back teeth & wants to have immediate replacement .

We advised to remove the adjacent shaking lower anterior teeth on the left side and place 2 BCS implants in the same visit . Under Local anaesthesia , the weakened lower teeth was removed & 2 bicortical implants were placed .
Similarly , 3 bicortical implants were placed by flapless method in the right lower back teeth region
