Full mouth implants for a severe pyorrhea -gum disease situation.for a patient from ireland

             Patient came with the complaint of generalized shaking of all teeth  and bad odour due to extremely poorly maintained oral  hygiene .

                           

There was a severe build up of tartar due to total lack of basic oral hygiene 

Patient also had difficulty in eating due to missing back teeth 

OPG shows severe generalized  boneloss 

All infected teeth were removed under local anaesthesia and single piece implants placed  immediately 

OPG shows final position of implants
