PREOPERATIVE OPG showing missing molars in upper left side with decayed molar..and a single missing molar on left lower jaw..We placed 3 bicortical screw implants in upper jaw and single compressive implant in lower jaw.FIXED TEETH was delivered on the 2nd day..and the patient started chewing on the left side from day 1.
This concept is called IMMEDIATE LOADING..i.e..delivering the prosthesis in 3 days ..the function of chewing helps in implants healing..,
