This is PREOP XRAY of a 55 yea old male with severe chronic destructive periodontitis..with the following symptoms..

1.severe periodontal abscess..on multiple teeth

2.multiple shaking teeth

3.bad smell in mouth

4.severe gum bleeding while brushing

5.pain while eating

The patient came from Australia..he also has diabetic..which aggravated his gum problems..

TREATMENT PLAN WAS

1.EXTRACTION OF ALL BAD TEETH

2.ALL ON 10/8 BASAL DENTAL IMPLANTS ON THE SAME DAY

3.Fixed teeth bridge on 4 th  day

Since all implants are placed by flapless techniqe,,there was mild discomfort and swelling..

The patient can chew food from the day 4..
