Patient complains of a badly done filling in his lower front teeth and has also been having mild to moderate sensitivity with the same .
On clinical examination , we observed composite fillings been done in the lower anteriors to close the space between the teeth . Due to lack of oral hygiene and poor maintenance , the fillings had failed gradually .
Note the accumulation of heavy tartar around the lower front teeth
Lingual View of the the lower teeth also reveals heavy tartar accumulation
We advised removal of the lower teeth with the failed filings and replace the same with immediate loading dental implants . we placed 2 BCS implants immediately after removing the lower front teeth .
Provisional Acrylic bridge was fixed on the very next day following the procedure .
