Patient came with very loosened teeth in the lower front tooth region due to gum disease . she complained of difficulty in eating and speech as the teeth were shaking constantly during function .
Permanent & aesthetic zirconium bridge was placed on the 4th day following the procedure
We advised removal of the shaking teeth & immediate replacement with single piece BCS implants
3rd day after the implant procedure shows good , uneventful healing
