Patient complained of pain in his Right upper molar teeth for the past 1 week . On clinical examination , right upper first molar appeared grossly decayed & tender to percussion . The Teeth was damaged beyond repair & we advised removal & immediate replacement of the same .
The Molar teeth was removed under Local Anaesthesia
