Patient
complained of pain and inability to eat anything on his left lower back teeth region . Clinical examination revealed the presence of chronic apical periodontitis in 2nd molar & a missing 1st molar . The difficulty to chew food
was attributed to both these conditions

advised replacement of missing
molar with single piece immediate loading
KOS implant & RCT with corebuild
up for 2nd
molar in the same visit .
ACRYLIC crown was placed in 3 days .
