Upper full jaw dental rehabilitation with dental implants for a patient with failed dental bridge

Patient  came  with  complaint  that  the  dental  bridge  in his  upper front  teeth  is  shaky  and  as a  result  of  this , he  feels  it might  give  away  any  time  when  he  smiles  .  Patient  wants   to  have  an  immediate &  permanent  solution  for the same .

Left  side  clinical  view   shows  multiple  decayed  teeth  in the  posterior  region  which  also  necessitates  replacement  .

The  grossly  decayed  teeth  in the posterior  area  was also  extracted  .  Single  piece immediate  loading  BCS  implants were placed in  the  same  visit  .

Metal  ceramic  bridge  was  placed  in 3- 4 days  which  restored  the  patient`s  confidence  to  smile  well again  .
