Still suffering from removable complete dentures!!??

Patient  wanted  to replace his ill – fitting upper & lower dentures  since he had difficulty in chewing as the dentures rocked . Immediate  loading BCS implants were placed in both arches  in the same visit

Immediate  loading implants  placed in the lower arch 

The  same dentures can  be placed  as  a provisional  during the healing phase

After 3 months ,  final putty wash impressions  are made for fabrication of metal –ceramic bridge

               Full mouth metal framework trial is seen

Upper & lower metal-ceramic bridge is fabricated  and cemented
