patient complains of missing left lower 1st molar tooth which he failed to replace for more than 10 years .
pre- op x ray of the patient`s left side shows missing 1st molar and subsequent migration of the 2nd molar into the space left by the missing tooth .
But still it is possible to replace the missing 1st molar with single piece immediate loading implant system .
post -op x ray of the patient shows single piece KOS implant placed in the available space to replace the missing molar
permanent PFM crown fixed in 3 days
