Patient complains of
ill-fitting upper and lower denture due
to which she is having difficulty in chewing food . She is a known patient with ectodermal dysplasia, with lots of missing tooth.She underwent complete denture treatment at a younger age and the denture became loose,because of bone resorption in both her upper and lower jaw.Patient also feels the poor arrangement of teeth in the denture seems to
spoil her smile as well .
