Dentures have to be removed and cleaned frequently . They tend to pop out or loosen during speech and while chewing food which can cause social embarassment . In such cases , a denture adhesive may be required to keep the denture in place . These are messy , tending to trap food particles , thus increasing the risk of decay and gum disease in any remaining natural teeth . Many have a psychological aversion to having dentures and acceptance is less .
Patient came with the complaint of broken partial denture in the front tooth region .
