Patient came with the complaint of decayed upper front teeth which gives an unpleasant smile
Patients right side view shows weakened and discoloured teeth
Grossly Decayed Teeth removed and single piece dental implant placed
Dental implant placement done immediately after removal of right side decayed teeth
Rootcanal Treatment done for front teeth and grossly decayed teeth removed and implants placed .
Provisional acrylic bridge given on the same week.IT will be converted to permanent zirconium bridge in few weeks after healing..
