 CASE REPORT

Patient no:1787 reported with severe periodontal migration
of all upper front tooth

All the left upper teeth were mobile 

Tooth no 11 exfoliated 2 days back

 TREATMENT DONE

All mobile teeth were extracted

One BCS Implant was placed immediately in 12 region 

Triple disc BOI implant placed in 23 region

Single disc BOI implant placed in 24 region

TPS (tubero pterygoid screw) placed in 28 region

On the 2nd day of surgery metal try inn has been made

On the 5th day after surgery an acrylic bridge has been given
